HOW TO SHOP & PLACE AN ORDER

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. We recommend that you register for an account so you won’t have to enter your details every time you shop with us. By registering, you’ll also be able to review your order history, edit your wishlist and request exchanges directly from your account.
How do I place an order?
1. Choose a category from the top menu or use the search tab if you know exactly what you’re looking for.
2. Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout.
3. Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout. Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order.

We will then send you a confirmation email with the order number and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, and you will be able to track your order.

Please note that even if a product is in your shopping bag, it is not reserved and will be available to other customers while you are browsing.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I receive Mouftah El Chark email updates?
Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you might be able to cancel your order before we dispatch it from our warehouse. Email us at help@mouftahelchark.com and we will assist you.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
You found an item you love on Mouftah El Chark and think it would make a perfect gift? Just order a gift wrapping and add a personalized message on checkout. It’s free!

PAYMENT

Which currencies can I shop in?
For international payments, we accept online payments in US Dollars only. If your card is in a different currency, please note that your payment will convert to USD automatically.
For orders in Lebanon, if you wish to pay Cash on Delivery in Lebanese Pounds, kindly WhatsApp us on +961 71 553 443.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards. Please keep in mind, that if purchasing with an international credit card, your order may take up to 24 hours to process prior to shipping.
Is the ordering process secure?
Yes; at Mouftah El Chark we maintain the highest levels of security. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship our products worldwide.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items, and the cost will appear at the checkout.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer a same day delivery in Lebanon.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within 2 business days. Delivery takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. For deliveries across Lebanon, shipping usually takes up to 2 business days.
Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be provided. You can also follow its journey by clicking here for international deliveries and here for local deliveries.
Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
The price you pay at checkout will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient, if duties and taxes are applicable, you must instead pay these to release your order from customs upon arrival.
As we do not have control over taxes and duties, we recommended that you contact your local customs office/respective tax authority for more information.

EXCHANGES

What is Mouftah El Chark’s exchange policy?
You will be able to exchange any item returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. To request an exchange, email us at help@mouftahelchark.com
All pieces must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, any fragrances or other foreign odors with all tags attached with its original packaging.
Any items that do not meet these conditions will automatically be shipped back to the customer. Kindly note that discounted products cannot be exchanged. Exchange shipment costs (back and forth) are the responsibility of the customer. You need to mention which product you would like to exchange the purchased item with. The cost difference between the product bought and the new one chosen will either be refunded (if the new item is less expensive) or charged to the buyer (if the new item is more expensive).

Can I exchange in store?
Yes, web orders can also be exchanged at the Mouftah El Chark Boutiques in Lebanon. Make sure to bring the invoice received with the package to be able to exchange the items. Click here to view our Store Locator.
Can I return my customized item?
We are unable to accept returns as customized pieces are created to your specification and taste.
